Assured were really great to work with. The staff were all very helpful and easy to work with, and were very good at their job. The repairs were also excellent, and they even gave me some leftover touch up paint for free when I asked about it. Definitely recommend this place.
Amazing service. Not only did they do an amazing job and fixing the collision, but they were super nice, accommodating, and did a couple of extras that exceeded my expectations.
Was initially sent to Assured by my insurance after I was hit. The staff worked with me and assisted while I dealt with the insurance company trying to claim me at fault. Once I was found not at fault the Insurance deemed it a total loss. I was upset thinking I'd be forced to buy a new car without the budget, but Abiram T. worked with me for over a week to reduce the cost of my repairs by over 70%. I ended up paying less than I was quoted for a cash deal at another shop, and Assured even cleaned the dog hair out of my car before returning it. Couldn't be happier with the service I receive, lots of integrity and very professional.
Initially approved by my insurance company, I have taken my vehicles to Assured Toronto Downtown for many years. They are excellent at communicating & keep their promises. Glen & the whole crew are terrific & I highly recommend them.
I wish thee was an option to give 0/5. I had the worst experience here. Deren was supposed to take a look at my car. He was rude and didn't know how to do his job. I was so annoyed by their service, I ended up taking my car to different body shop. I would suggest never go to this body shop.
Refused to take the vehicle on site that was ASSIGNED by the insurance company. Treated my wife horribly and rude and made her drive to another location up north and did not even provide return transport. RIDICULOUS.
Horrible customer service - emails are either unanswered, or answered a month later. You can talk to someone on the phone, and 10 mins later, the same person in real life will contradict themselves. Workmanship is bad, don't expect anything to last. They will also try to tell you the insurance company 'told' them to do the minimal amount of work, when they are the ones who are lazy.
