It’s Aviva insurance companies office and auto repair shop. My friend got into an accident and his car was given to this specific branch. Generally, they do take a while for completing the inspection and order the spares which might take a bit longer depending upon availability.
This center was very helpful with getting the repairs done on my RAV4, the estimator (Ajay) was very thorough with the inspection. Even identify what I had overlooked. Clean and welcoming, would recommend their service center to anyone. Nadeen

I changed my review from 5-to-1 stars. Took 5-weeks because they could not match the paint. While at a DIFFERENT repair shop another time, they matched it right away! Because I used my car for business, I lost A LOT of INCOME because of their inability - Or insurance fraud - not sure how or if they charged insurance for false costs.
Marco provided amazing service and given an update to my car repairs so I do not have to worry. Also, he called my car manufacturer and requested to expedite the part that was needed. The part of the car arrived faster than I expected (thought it would take approximately 6-8 business days) but thanks to Marco’s negotiation skills for making it happen. The Assured Automotive (at 170 Toryork Drive location) were very thorough in making the necessary car repairs in which they showed the before pictures when the repair was being done. Marco demonstrated his willingness to take care of my car like his own and being honest of what is being repaired properly which is very hard to find nowadays. Some repair shops are just stop and go and not willing to do it right the first time. Marco is flexible and exceeded my expectations in regards to making additional repairs to my car like fixing some minor dents and scratches. Also, they had given an extra bottle of my car paint in case I needed it in the future. Highly recommended under the new management of Marco and made the necessary repairs needed the first time in order for me to get back on the road again. I really appreciate the excellent service that you provided and knowing that my car repairs are in great hands with Marco.
Great people that try their very best to accommodate and make the repair process as easy as possible. The gentleman that I dealt with was a guy by the name of Chris and was a huge help in easing the whole process of getting into the accident. He updated me along the way and was such a knowledgeable person when it came to explaining the repair and breaking down components in my vehicle. 2 thumbs up
