Had one of the worst experiences. Had my insurance taken my car there for body work. I was called to pick up the car and went there but the guy Mohamed very aggressively asked me why I came that day. Mohamed was very rude and aggressive to me. They claimed over $6000 for the car to fix driverside door fixing and I was not satisfied with the work they did because they did not finish the body work properly and also they damaged my cars mirror switch. Horrible service.
I was involved in an accident where I rear ended a vehicle. My vehicle had to be towed so I selected Nick’s Car Star Collision as I had used them before. I phoned them after my car was towed to the Police Reporting Centre to let them know I would be near to their closing time but they had their voicemail on 10 minutes before closing. During the time it took to fix my car there was no communication past the estimated damage. I had to keep calling them. The day my car was supposedly fixed I drove it off the lot to go to the dealership and the engine started smoking. I pulled over to the side of the road and called Car Star for help. They sent out a mechanic and I asked him if they had replaced the radiator. He said they didn’t see anything wrong with it. When he filled it with fluid and slid under the front he found out it was cracked. I had to follow him back to Car Star where it took another day to replace the radiator. It was a big inconvenience as I had to cancel my pickup appointment for my new vehicle and come back the next day. They did not put a paper mat down on my driver floor carpet, they pushed aside my rubber mat and got mud on my carpet that had been perfectly clean for 12 years. I had to clean the carpet on the way to the dealership. I feel they need to improve on their communication skills and professionalism.
They fixed the dents on the car. They also broke a button on the car that had nothing to do with the repair and say that I have no proof of it. I also turned my car in with half a tank of gas and got it back with no gas at all. If you want slow, rude, condescending and unaccountable service, this is the place for you! (They also work bankers hours and could not give my car back to me on time because the "technician was late".
The people at Car Star have been so professional and kind. They are thorough in explaining how things work which has been helpful in making things smooth. The shop itself is beautiful and well kept. I was also able to receive wonderful help from Dylan. I needed a specific adaptor for my tire wrench and he helped me find the exact ones I needed. He tried different parts and tested the pieces, explained the difference between what I had and what I needed. I appreciate the time he took to help me out.
Great service. The team at carstar Dovercourt went above and beyond to ensure we got our wheelchair accessible van back in time so my daughter could go to her weekend programs. Thanks so much!

My insurance sent me to Paul for him to appraise the damage on my car and Prior from paul someone else already quoted me $1000 but Paul popped back the damage together and repaired the scratch on the spot saved me from going through insurance claims, not so many honest people out there like Paul so I will definitely recommend getting your car repaired done there.
