My insurance adjustor referred me to Carstar. I had a visit to assess the damage and order parts. They took care of the whole process and scheduled me to drop off the car and arranged rental. Very smooth process without having to wait. Thank you

Brought my vehicle there after it was involved in an accident. Worse paint job ever. They screwed it up the first time, it was all bumpy and not completely done. They did fix it but the paint came off a year later. Not great mechanics either. Could not fix the front issues with my front axel, brought it to a dealer to complete the repairs.

They are seriously so bad in service take too much time dont know how to talk rude manager delay delay, they r seriously bad guys dont prefer this carstar my car is still Not properly fixed i asked insurance and get new carstar

This repair shop was excellent, in a very difficult time they were professional, compassionate, they kept me up to date on the progress with my vehicle, my vehicle was completed within the time frame that I was given and the work done was flawless, I highly recommend this shop for any type of accident repairs. Thank you guys for your help !!

Horrible experience! The guy who runs the shop (Ralph) is a fraudster! Brought my vehicle in through insurance, paid my incidental fee, and even though I'm supposed to have the work guaranteed (cause they are a preferred client with Aviva), he is trying to charge me to fix something he failed to do in the first place. Horrible place, bad attitude and very unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE!

Unfortunately what the customer wanted repaired wasn’t not part of the accident and there for we can not charge the Insurance co.
