Poor experience? over all first told me rental is for 5 days and car will be ready did not received any call week after I called and got and ans that there is more damage to car have to order new parts which is fine. I called for an update . Said they will call me back on Thursday and received call from Lucy saying that car will be ready on Monday Surprisingly , all of sudden called and asked me pick up the car on Friday which is right next day call me about 2 pm asking me to pickup I was at work ..m like what they do not understand your situation at all We have life as well we got things to do too .. they were not ready to accommodate at all .. I asked then to pick up on Monday said no u will have to pay for rental by weekend by your own. Or talk to insurance they are telling me this on Friday 2 pm where I was already at work .. Note : this shop make u wait till end even though u probably calling the to get up date not matter what you do fix auto does not care and ask you to pick up with out any time arrangements / notice ..
Staffs are incompetent, only polished in talking and acts like robot. I left my RAV4 to fix the door, recommended by the insurance company, after 10 days, when I called, I came to know that wrong parts arrived and they re-ordered the parts again. After that we were out of town for 10 days, they knew, after 15 days I called, and I heard, oh they were calling my wife that the car is ready to pick up! Where does my wife fits in all these communications. I was in touch with them through call and email, if I am out of reach they could just send me a return email! So, unprofessional service!
Worst place I have ever seen in my life . they told me to bring my vehicle on October 23 rd and then some on will call you that the day which they proposed to do the work and tell you they are short staffed and will give you an another date 30 October and when you showed up on the day which they rescheduled for you. then they will tell you an date like 25 October which is not informed you and they will blame on us that we didn’t showed up on the date which is unknown to us and they will pretend like they won’t even know about this and give you an another date so please take a print out of appointment from them not to be scammed ( especially for Uber insurance claims )
I recently had my pride and joy keyed by some one that had nothing better to do, karma will take care of that. In the mean time Fix It Auto, Scarborough south, looked after my car. I was afraid at first, trusting no one with it, but boy was I surprised. The work performed was amazing, done right and beyond my wildest expectation!!! Thank you guys for your amazing customer service and detailed paint job. Definitely recommend your shop!!!
Great Work, Extra Helpful Customer Service. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Using them through my insurance was so seamless it almost seemed wrong. I can't say enough good things about this place. Unless I move outside of Scarborough I will always bring my car back here.
