Came in to repair my sideswiped BMW X4. Hugo was great from the get-go - great communication. Very easy to reach and discuss options without having to bring the car in for a preliminary estimate - turns out this is incredibly hard with shops and I had no idea. Also unlike most shops, you're not talking to a front desk person who can be a little disconnected from the business - he is the business owner. Hugo sent us photos & kept us updated of the progress throughout the repair. Also had a situation with an inadequate vehicle for the snowstorm and he worked with his rental partner to ensure we had the right vehicle for the weather - little things that go a long way. You might hear Hugo say "I do good work". I can confirm he does because our car looks fantastic - like nothing happened. Beautiful blending on the paint - looks as good as new. Friendly, professional & skilled. Highly recommend and we sure will be back when the need arises.

Great service and very professional. Hugo and his team made the repair process painless and provided great communication on the status of my car. They were able to give me the line by line break down of costs/procedures and explained how things were done. Work was done in a timely manner and car was looking brand new after the repairs were done. It is difficult to find a trustworthy bodyshop these days and these guys are one of them. Highly recommend.
