Really really really nice guy! My bike was having a lot of issues and not only did he help me out, he also taught me what was wrong with the bike and listened to my concerns. He also pumped up my tires beforw I left! His price was incredibly reasonable, and he really saved the day 10/10 stars
Had my bike tuned up a few weeks ago. Fixed the gears, breaks so they don't rub with the tire and adjusted my shifters. Bike runs as smooth as it ever has and that is all you can ask for. My front tire was a bit off centre and that was fixed also without asking as well as a complete wipe down of the bike. I would trust to have my bike serviced at this location again. Fair price, solid work.
I was given a lot more service then I paid for. My bike was tampered with after I had it repaired here and the owner fixed my issue in very short notice. I recommend this place even when I have three bike stores closer to me
I'm a first time customer of Paulie and am thrilled to have had such a positive experience. He patiently fixed my used bike's ergonomics issues with ease and made recommendations for further improvements to keep me riding safe as a new cyclist. I purchased new brakes and tyson lock which he installed. He is thoughtful, quietly kind and cares about good customer service. Service and knowledge is top notch. Polly ran back to reopen the shop because i was in urgent need of a seatpost. not many people would do that for a low cost item. without asking, he also helped realign my breaks and fill up my tires. all in all, Polly went above and beyond!
Bought a bike from Cycle Zombie yesterday. I found Polly (the Owner) to be genuinely concern about ensuring his customers are satisfied with the products they are buying. He's a stand up guy who deserves a 5 star rating.
Was able to get a next day appointment. When I got there Polly greeted me upon arrival and was able to do the job while I waited. Gave me a fantastic price on everything.
