Generally good work. Recently had wobbly wheel. Toronto Bike Repair charged me $70 to replace axle and repair flat (the same axle they replaced less than a year ago). Staff did not notice the bike frame was cracked until reassembling it. Bike still in unrideable condition and has since been sent to different mechanic.
These guys are the best bike shop in town. So honest, quick turnaround time and they will find parts to fix weird old vintage bikes and they even fixed my used e-bike for less than the ebike repair chain charges for an “assessment”. I have been getting bikes fixed in Toronto for 30 years and won’t go anywhere else
I had an issue with my bike and took it to Sweet Pete's bike shop to get it repaired, and after spending nearly $150, it wasn't fixed. I was on my way home when I stopped by this bike repair shop and told them about my issue. Immediately,John took my bike and figured out what tge problem was and fixed it. I only spent $10 with him. I highly recommend this bike shop. They are so professional, knowledgeable and cheap. Thank you again John for fixing my bike and figuring out that it was the chain that needed fixing.

Bought a bike here a couple months ago, bike rode perfectly and also gave insurance on the bike for a year or two. Just recently yesterday I came in for a new kick stand since someone attempted to steal it. Team swiftly replaced the kick stand free of charge under the insurance no questions asked and was very pleasant about everything. Perhaps one of the most knowledgeable bike shops and wonderful people out there just enjoying their passions for bikes and spreading their information to everyone in need of it

Very rude guys, the mechanic refused to fix my bike saying it’s a very bad model that he wouldn’t bother to look at! Not to mention he was a despicable as***** using the F. Word twice in every sentence, this place is garbage, avoid it. Edit for owner response, you’re a cheap liar, the incident happened in October, the mechanic is a blond old white man, at least have the courage to apologize than lying to get more clients. Your place is called ‘Toronto Bike repair’ not ‘Toronto Bike repair except those of Canadian tire’ shame on you incompetent liar.
