I had a great experience with Rosie’s when shopping in store for my son’s baptism a few years ago, they have beautiful products. So I was subsequently excited to order an icon from their website for my baby daughter, since I live far and can’t conveniently come to shop in store. However they never shipped the item despite me calling multiple times and receiving apologies for the order being FORGOTTEN and being reassured that it would be shipped ASAP. Months passed and it was never shipped and when the Canada Post strike started, I left a message asking for a refund and my message was never returned so now I had to resort to a VISA charge dispute. It’s really disappointing because I loved the store and always like to support small local businesses versus big sellers, but this experience has turned me off and I will absolutely not shop here again.

Went to purchase a baptism cross today with my daughter. Excellent service!! Was not disappointed, purchased an amazing cross and chain. Looked throughout store, all the outfits are beautiful! This store is full of unique Greek products. Will go again.

Horrible customer service! Extremely disappointed after spending so much money. They just want to make a sale. Very annoyed . Listen to what customers ask for when placing an order. Sent so many customers over the years but it not the same how it use to be. Never thought to write such a review but as you can tell I’m very upset
Great customer service. Very friendly. I purchased my daughter's baptismal accessories here: bonnet , stockings and beautifully, well packaged rosary favors. I regret not finding this place sooner, to have purchased her first gown. Everything in the store is well priced and great quality. Thank you so much!!
