I recently visited the Valentino showroom and, unfortunately, left quite disappointed with the service from one of the staff members, Andrew. While most of the team was polite and professional, my interaction with him felt dismissive and somewhat uncomfortable. When my wife and I asked for assistance with sizes, he seemed disinterested and barely engaged with us. At one point, he even left us mid-conversation to attend to other customers, which felt quite disrespectful. I also had to ask multiple times for water before he finally handed us a bottle and even then, it was cold despite the chilly weather. I can’t say for sure what the reason behind his attitude was, but it did feel like we were being treated differently compared to other customers. It left us with a poor impression, which is disappointing considering Valentino’s reputation for excellence. Thankfully, the other staff members were courteous and welcoming, which I appreciated.
Ok let me start by saying I never thought I would ever buy anything from Valentino, but once meeting Nina the special associate, she was amazing on the fact that she educated me about what will suit my style. So I ended up getting my shoes and bag from her. Thank you Nina.
I would like to say thank you so much to Stephanie Schmidt for changing my belt buckles even though I bought them in Dubai years ago she changed them brand new. You're d'Best Steph!!!
Service was non existent the entire time I was in the store. Instead of asking if I needed any help, I was followed the entire time by the guy at the front. Not impressed
I bought a pair of sneakers from Valentino a few days ago and Nenia helped me while shopping. She was friendly and approachable, and I had a good shopping experience with her.

We bought a bag and used it a few times, and scratches already formed very easily. They did not allow us to repair it. I do not recommend purchasing from this store
