Edgar is the reason I come to this butcher! He’s always friendly, accommodating, and goes out of his way to make sure I get exactly what I ask for. In the past, when he wasn’t there, I’ve had some issues with others saying no to simple requests — but Edgar always makes it happen with a smile. He’s simply the best! Edgar truly deserves recognition and praise for just being himself — genuine, helpful, and always putting customers first. A big thank-you as well to Store Manager Brian for being helpful and assisting me during my visit. Great team all around — keep up the awesome work!
I normally order a Christmas turkey in store even though the store prefer the orders be done online. This year they refused to take the order and insisted it be done online. I made the order online on the spot and all looked good. On the pickup day they couldn’t find the order and insisted the order didn’t exist. Fortunately they had an extra turkey or Christmas would have been a disappointment. What gives?
Overpriced. Unfriendly new owner. Many items available in big chain grocers for substantially less. Questionable pricing practices. Always new staff, why I wonder? I quit shopping there.
Always satisfied with the quality here. My dog is also very satisfied by the marrow bones they keep in stock for him. Their pre- marinade chicken is superb, oxtail cuts are better than anywhere. Friendly staff always very helpful.
The butcher was very helpful and knowledgeable. Despite the holiday rush and short supply, he took the time to fine me the perfect cut of beef. Great store, quality products, and friendly staff.
The Roncy Rowe Farms is my go-to for meat in the city, period. Greg and his staff go above and beyond to advise on the best cuts for what I want to cook...and the store is always immaculately clean. Constant disinfecting means I feel safe every time I step inside.. I LOVE their in-house soups and chili, and their sausages are the BOMB. Worth every penny.
Great selection of organic meats, along with a very small selection of produce and other grocery staples. The only downside (as with all organic) is that it's pricey!
