Amazing customer service! I went to The Friendly Butcher to pick up some bone marrow for a TikTok recipe, and the experience was honestly great. The staff were super welcoming, and the worker who helped me went above and beyond. Even though they were closing in five minutes, he didn’t rush me at all—he answered my questions, helped me find exactly what I needed, and even cut the bones for me. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommend!
This is by far my go to for meat purchases. My family is especially fond of the store made turkey sausages. No pork casing & no fillers. Amazing quality all-around, and the service is second to none.
So delicious , the bbq lunch, amazing, highly recommend the Korean BBQ sandwich and the chicken club! Inside has great cuts of meats and great selection of local herbs, sauces and so much more! Kenny, Donna and crew are amazing!
Don’t get me wrong, the quality of the meat is superb but Ken, ironically considering the name of the place, is just not friendly. He’s been getting grumpier and grumpier lately but the final straw so to speak came when my dad went to pick a pre-paid order we made and when Ken saw my dad packing up the meat, he said “are you gonna pay for that” and grabbed the meat, almost implying he thought my dad was stealing! And this happened after another employee there had made it clear my dad had already paid, but Ken didn’t bother to listen to that, ckearly.
We got the best steaks (Grass fed NY cut) I’ve ever eaten from here! They have a range of products including good quality fresh, ontario produce and meat. It’s expensive for us, but we consider it a treat to ourselves!
My family has been going to the friendly butcher over 10 years now, and there is no other place we get our turkeys from. The staff is very knowledgeable about all the products sold and it's a family owned business which I appreciate.
Found the freshest ox tail in town. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great local business. Will come back for beefs, pork and others on frequent basis. Highly recommend.
