The manager doesn't recognize her regular customers. Even when they work in the same plaza as her. Go to pops cannabis beside the TD Bank if you want friendly customer service.
Been coming here all the time since they opened. Recently, they hardly have anything in stock. They have more menu items out of stock than available. I like the folks there but shop somewhere else for a better selection. Inventory manager needs to improve significantly.
I like this one. Solid product selection and the staff like their jobs enough that they're happy to discuss the products. Really cool interior decor and great vibes overall.
These guys are the real deal. Honestly the best customer service I have had anywhere. Not just specifically for cannabis shops but in general. Not only that but they are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Should be a simple decision to purchase all your 420 needs from Canvas!!!
Been going here for a few months now (don't tell my mother) and have always had a wonderful experience with all the staff. Josh and the team have always taken good care of me, helped answer all my questions and taken the time to walk me through anything I didn't know. Definitely recommend this store if you'd also like to enjoy this wondeful experience!
NO MASK POLICY SUPPORT! I was in the store to grab some products and there was an anti-mask person there who insisted on keeping their mask off or down off their face. I asked the customer twice politely to put his mask up - this customer refused to follow the rule - and then the employees defended this customer who wouldnt put their mask up. I asked why they weren't enforcing the rule and they said they wouldn't continue the conversation. I review places regularly and this is by far the worst service and support of public health I've ever seen. After I left the building their staff actually left the store, followed me, and tried to continue the conversation they said theyt would no longer entertain. WOW!
