Ordered a hazelnut oat matcha which is apparently off the menu now and it's the best matcha I've had in downtown so far. I've ordered from so many places, even the popular ones with long waiting lines, but this hidden gem deserves so much more recognition!
There’s always this nice worker there! Not sure if she’s the owner but she’s the sweetest and kind. Best doubles, chocolate banana cake, sorrel, Trini pies and everything!
It's a coffee stand just 20 feet north of Queen Street. I tried the pulled pork empanada with a dark roast coffee. The pastry was a crispy golden brown with a flavourful pulled pork filling. It was served with a pesto sauce. This Trinidadian empanada was the best I've ever tried! I will be returning to try out some other snacks. What a find!
