I wish i can give them reviews in minus . They overcharged me for only one chicken and fried rice i paid $22 .how is it even possible lady was so confused and rude .when we ask her which one is spicy she said taste it u will know . Bad customer service and over attitude staff
The service over here in duffrine mall today around 4:30pm is horrible . The worker over there was so rude n didn't know how to respect and explain to the customer. She should change her manner.we got wrost experience over there . It's our last visit .... had been a regular but no more
I typically do not share opinions on google but this is a MUST. Came today to Manchu wok dufferin mall to have lunch and order garlic chicken with rice. Relationship price quality’s is not the greatest as you don’t get as much food as you do at other Chinese fast food restaurants. I get that everything is expensive nowadays but come on! In regards to the quality of the food chicken literally tasted like shrimp (and I can’t eat shrimp) it was mostly the FAT of the chicken, and it tasted DISGUSTING (and I am a guy who eats anything except for shellfish) I definitely do not recommend this place and would like this review to be a constructive critic to Manchu wok to improve the quality of the product they offer.
It's so depressing eating this food... I ordered it online bc the food looked good but when it arrived, it looks disappointing. I tasted the food and it was depressing. The chicken was soggy, the Lo Mein noodles were not that good and the rice is mushy. My chicken was not good, my stomach hurts now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND?
I recently visited Manchu Wok at Dufferin Mall and tried the noodles with General Tao chicken. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The noodles were dry and lacked flavor, and the chicken didn’t meet my expectations either. Given the high price, I expected much better quality. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it and suggest exploring other dining options for better taste and value.
$20 for slop and cheap bottled water. There is zero love in the preparation of food or the process of giving it to you. You might as well get on all fours and eat at a trough like a beast. There is little to no point in trying to eat at this location. This business does not represent the franchise owner's vision, it does however line their pockets with money. There are other locations of this business that make it fun and a pleasure to eat at. Not at the Dufferin Mall location.
Not one to leave a review but the food was so terrible i have to. First and foremost i am not picky at all and have never not loved Chinese food i got… BUT this food was terrible, was actually gagging trying to eat it, and almost threw up. I gave up after the 6th bite. The meat was either air crisped and left to sit out for days on end or it was just a massive hunk of fat with sweet and sour sauce on it. Even the rice was bad (No clue how you screw up rice)….. Do not eat here, you’ll just be wasting $18.50… dosnt even deserve one star.
