Stopped in for the first time and had an awesome experience. The coffee was honestly one of the best we’ve had in a long while, and you can tell the team puts real care into their roasting. We really appreciated the warm vibe and the quality of everything they served. Looking forward to coming back again soon.
I stopped in at Blaze thinking they were a coffee shop, but really they are a roaster. A lovely man named Mark showed me around and I tried a couple of their coffees which were excellent. A real find in this otherwise fairly uneventful coffee area. Next coffee time I’m up this way and in need of beans, I will definitely try them out. Thanks to Mark for the delicious coffees.
Pleased with the visit and buying experience. Mark introduced the roasts and let me try them before purchase. Went with Midnight Espresso whole beans in the end for home brewing.
We love dark roast beans — the Platinum Magic has taste of dark chocolate and yet is smooth not burnt/bitter, that we use on a stove-top moka pot or French press. And particularly fortunate that Blaze is Canadian.
I order from them online, but they ship quickly, their product is always top notch, and you can't beat free delivery for just a couple bags! 10/10, one of the best roasters in Toronto. I used to be a Demello loyalist but I haven't had anything but Blaze since we fell in love with their Original & Executive blends! Excellent service as well!
The Executive roast is absolutely the best coffee I have ever had! You can just taste the freshness and quality! Not to mention the pick up you get with just one cup. My new go to coffee.
Have tried the executive..platinum..and medium organic..all 10 out of 10..quick delivery and convenient two pound bags..a customer here who will keep returning.
