BEST BEAN I’VE HAD IN AGES!! Whomever is running this place clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ve traveled the world and like to think I know my coffee but this bean/place is next level!!
Found this place after going to the gym in the neighbourhood. The coffee selection is great, particularly if you are doing more pour over. Their Analog is my new favourite espresso roast!
Love their beans, which I grind every morning at home. I used to be a medium to dark roast person, but after tasting several of their estate coffee beans, I've completely switched. Their sourcing approach is another positive feature about them. Insider tip - you can buy Stereo beans at Claudia's on Dundas Street West.
I ordered the modern espresso cortado assuming it should be light to medium roast. However it’s so so burnt bitter. And it’s a kinda expensive cortado. And there’s subtext next door. I don’t think I will come back again.

I just popped into Stereo Coffee Roasters for the first time after someone recommended it to me, and I just had of the best customer experiences of my life. RJ helped me out, he was super kind and knowledgeable. I was about to buy one blend and when I told him I mostly drink cortados, he suggested the other, and also made me a delicious shot to sample. Stereo isn't as close to me as few of the other notable roasters in Toronto, BUT with this kind of service and quality, it's where I am planning to get beans from nows. Thanks again for such a great experience! Also how fun is this packaging/branding!
A bit surprised at the lack of attentiveness and interest in serving a customer when you should be enthusiastic about the one and only product you offer and sale. Weird atmosphere, good coffee and definitely the most expensive latte I had in Toronto ($8.5) -- happy to provide receipts :) cheers
