I’ve been in Toronto for three months, and this has quickly become one of my favorite coffee roasters. The coffee is excellent, with a regularly new bean selection and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The team is wonderful. Highly recommend.
My sister & stopped in before we headed back to Barrie & I got the breakfast sandwich & a chai tea & it was incredible. Everything was freshly made & I am a huge fan of some veggies on my sandwich so it was perfect! Also the staff there were so friendly & lovely! Will def be stopping by the next time we are in the city thank you for a wonderful breakfast :)
El Pacho is a must try, I’d go so far to say as a bucket list item for anyone visiting Toronto. The coffee and espresso offering meets or exceeds those from all over my global travels, and the owner takes their French pastry training to make food worthy of its own business. It’s truly a 5 star establishment.
Decent at best. Overrated. Croissants looked great but didn't taste as good. Landed somewhere around 3.5 on my book but I gave it a 4 as it opens rather early which I do respect.
I have tried so many things here and everything is delicious and authentic. The coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, lemonades, croissants, scones, and amazing croissant sandwiches - everything is perfect! The baristas are so sweet. Everytime I'm nearby I make sure to pop in.
First time there I ordered a small Cappuccino, grilled cheese, and almond croissant. Small cappuccino was good, grilled cheese was excellent, almont croissant was fine but would not order it again. Second time I ordered a large Americano for $6 (more expensive than others) and it was very bad, I felt like I was drinking hot water not coffee, not sure for the large they also add one shot and the rest is water? Would not recommend the americano either way.
I’m not really one to write a review, but I just left this place and I am so disappointed. The girl who works there with the short brown hair is so unnecessarily rude. I asked for an iced Americano with vanilla, and as she started to make a hot Americano, I let her know that I had asked for it to be iced. Her response with a major attitude was “you DIDNT say that” So I asked my mom who was on FaceTime with me what I ordered and she replied back “ An iced Americano with vanilla” and again the girl says “ You did not” I also work in customer service, so this response is just silly. Just simply say “ Oh, I’m sorry I must’ve misunderstood. Let me remake that for you.” She half assed remaking my Americano, which barely had any ice, and I’m not even sure if she put the vanilla in there. This experience was a waste of my money and a waste of my time.
