I walked here from work, which is out of my way but I really wanted to try this place and when I arrived the door was open but the lady behind the counter asked me if I made a order online and I said no and she said you can't order then please go. Another customer came after me and he was also turned away with no explanation. This was my first impression of this place. Many other good coffee places to go to. Very disappointed.
SLOWWWWW service, be prepared to wait 20-30 mins for your drink. Initially I thought this was a one off experience, but has happened to me every time I’ve pre-ordered a drink on the app but still had to wait ….
Absolutely Amazing!!! Highly suggest the mango coconut latte because between me and my friends we decided it was the best drink to get. Please come here because it’s actually the best with staff always willing to help always!!
I got the strawberry Crema Latte and it was sooooo good. It tastes like a chocolate strawberry. I highly recommend it. The staff were also nice and efficient
Really great coffee—the drinks are quite unique and all delicious. Really recommend the orange Americano and coco cotti! Just really wish they were open earlier so I could get coffee before work :’)
I used to order the matcha from here regularly and it was always consistently good, especially for the price. In the past two weeks the quality has significantly declined and now the matcha flavour is barely noticeable in the drink. I still recommend the espresso drinks.
First time going to this cafe on a very quiet Sunday morning (May 11th, at 10am). When my husband & I got in, the staff was on their phone. There was no greeting and/or acknowledgement from the staff. When we asked for recommendations, she pointed at the poster behind us. She seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. We ordered 2 iced coffees from their best sellers posters. The drinks are actually really good, but we were disappointed with the service we received. I was also turned off when I saw the staff's nails - super long - & she looked like she was struggling to hold the cups because of her long nails. She also just left our order on the ledge, instead of handing the drinks to us. Again, no acknowledgement, no thank you, no enthusiasm. We will not be coming back.
