The s’mores latte and muffin were delicious and fairly priced. The staff were very friendly and offered a glass of water either our purchase (we dined in). Located in a great location within decent walking distance of the tourist areas (CN Tower, theatres, TIFF, etc.) with a good amount of seating options!

I brought this new muffin, suggested by ferial.. it was really delicious and shes a great host/barista. Very friendly and sweet. Loved the ambiance of the cafe. Will surly be back. ♥️

I absolutely love your coffee, ❤️ and i’m a frequent visitor. I do have one feedback can you please change the upholstery of your cafe, it’s a turn off every time i visit. You can also make it all wooden seating if that’s most cost effective. Thank you

I ordered a chai latte with almond milk and a Biscoff muffin. While the service was quick, it’s hard to associate that with quality since I was given a large latte without being asked to choose a size. I would’ve expected a medium by default, or at least to be asked. The muffin had a stodgy, almost gummy crumb that felt underbaked even though it wasn’t. It was dense, heavy, and lacking any lift — more of a chore to eat than a treat. I ended up tossing half of it. The chai latte was syrup-based rather than brewed from actual tea, which was disappointing and exactly what I was hoping to avoid by not going to Starbucks. All in all, there wasn’t anything memorable about the experience, and unfortunately, I don’t see a reason to return.

I have been coming here a lot and it’s always amazing. The service is one of the best ones I have been to and of course de food is really fresh with lots of options. I always come to study here and the internet is always good and they have lots of spots with a plug to charge your devices. One of the most complete cafes in Toronto!!

This is such a spacious and cozy cafe, my friends and I were waiting here for about an hour before heading to the airport with all of our bags and the man working the counter brought us 3 free croissants to take with us :’)) so sweet

A great downtown cafe. Excellent service, by very friendly baristas. Their cappuccino is amazing. Breakfast turkey sandwich was fresh and delicious. I had to get the yellow tumbler with the bear on it, it’s so cute. Will definitely be back!

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s definitely not the kind of visit we want you to have. We’ll review both the drink preparation and the muffin quality with our team to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, it really helps us improve.
