Good cappuccino and baked goods. Service is good the handful of times I’ve been. The patio is my favourite - and it’s been open into the cooler weather too (into November, last I was there).
A nice local spot for wraps, sandwiches, coffees, desserts and more. Had a few bacon and egg wraps the other day. My family had the Cubano and the Spicy Chicken sandwich. We also got a lemon square dessert. The Cubano, wraps, and dessert were all pretty good. Nice atmosphere inside. Pretty busy with people working on their laptops but some seats available.
Love visiting when I’m the neighbourhood. Generous size patio and interior seating area with cool art. My go to order is the blueberry scone (delicious) and the mocha, greatly appreciated the availability of lactose free milk in addition to non dairy nut based options.
Doesn’t actually open until 9am. Sign and google said 8. Barista was at the store when I arrived and was rude to me about how I should know they don’t open until 9.
The vibe and interior were stunning. It was so spacious, airy, and there was a lot of sunshine. All the plants made me really happy too. This is a great place to get some work done, catch up with friends, or read a book. It’s along Westmoreland Ave, right around the back of the convenience store on Westmoreland & Bloor. Definitely a hidden gem in the neighbourhood. I’m quite sad to have discovered the place just today. Anyways, I read a review about the vanilla iced latte here earlier, which I ordered with almond milk. It was indeed delicious. I took my sweet time drinking it because I was savouring the rich flavour. I decided to get another drink since I decided to stay longer to read a book. I ordered the ginger lemonade topped with some berry hibiscus (Juice? Lemonade? Tea? My memory is failing me). First, the ginger was not too overpowering. The ginger flavour was there, but the lemonade really balanced it out. The berry hibiscus also added a nice fruity flavour on top. Lastly, I had a lovely lemon raspberry scone, which was also very delicious. It had the right amount of fluffiness. I’m hoping to try the croissants next time. Also, shout out to Jimmy for being so friendly and welcoming! He was the one who suggested the ginger lemonade with the berry hibiscus on top. It was phenomenal! Will be coming again since I absolutely loved the cafe!
The coffee had a great taste (I bet they’re using good beans) but it wasn’t well made for a flat white. All the foam was gone after 5min. The patio wasn’t nice either, seemed a bit dirty, old and unorganized. Wouldn’t come back to stay and read a book.
Spacious, good coffee, music i little loud, may be just an acoustic issues, it is a large room after all. Not a lot of baked goods to chose from. Our first visit was late afternoon , so we understood that they had ran out, but no muffins at 9:00 am? Buy/bake more.
