I came in for a nice pumpkin pie latte on a cold afternoon and Yabi served me with such a nice smile and welcoming attitude! And then she convinced me I HAD to try an espresso, so I gave it a try and wow that is an incredible espresso! Excited to visit again soon and make this my main spot for coffee!
Rude employees. Came in 10 minutes before closing, they told me there are no caffeinated drinks available, I can only choose tea. Businesses need to stop closing early! Or update your hours if you want to leave early.
Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience. There was only one barista in the morning, who seemed visibly rushed having to prepare the drinks and take the orders. Not sure if that’s the typical staffing or if it was a one off. Consequently, the matcha I got was disappointing- mostly just milky with large clumps of powder at the bottom. It is a nice location though, and there is a small amount of seating to sit and do work or chat with a friend.
This is my go to coffee spot! Love the coffee, ambiance, location, music and service! All the workers are so lovely and always make me want to come back!
I dropped into this coffee shop and grabbed an iced vanilla latte, and it was perfect just what I was looking for! Unlike other places, it wasn’t too sweet. What really stood out was the awesome customer service from Dana. She was super friendly and made me feel totally at ease.
I was excited to visit this coffee shop, perfectly located on a vibrant corner in downtown Toronto, but my experience was utterly ruined by the staff and the appalling state of the place. The atmosphere, which could have been charming, was completely destroyed by the staff’s cold and outright hostile attitudes. Their rudeness left me in a sour mood, overshadowing any potential enjoyment of the coffee. The shop itself was a mess, napkins littered the floor, tables were sticky with spilled coffee or milk, and it’s clear no one bothers to maintain basic cleanliness. The bathroom was an absolute disaster, covered in graffiti with toilet paper scattered everywhere, showing a complete lack of care or hygiene. This place is a letdown and not worth your time or money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
Will never go here. The owner is unprofessional hot chocolate was the 7-11 kind ☹️.. with milk powder.(being vegan that wasn't cool). The mango smoothie was really bad..we had to throw it away..☹️♀️ THE OWNER TOLD ME once THAT HE DOES NOT WANT TO SERVE ME BECAUSE I WROTE A BAD REVIEW!!! HE LIED TO ME EARLIER SAYING THAT HE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT IT APPEARS. HE KEPT REPEATING HOW I WROTE IT AGAIN WHICH I TRIED TO EVEN EXPLAIN! HE WAS NOT LISTENING AT ALL. GOD HELP TORONTO
