The Kyoto latte might be the best coffee that I ever had. I would just suggest to have a visible menu board, my wife in a wheelchair couldn’t see the one on the counter.
Hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had outside of Italy. The Americano was smooth and aromatic, think the most luxurious aroma and taste coffee can offer. I loved it so much I went back and bought 1kg of the beans to take back to Vancouver!
Customer service at this location is very poor especially the girl with curly hair gives weird looks and attitude. Won’t be coming back to this store. Arabica should do better in hiring their employees.
Their coffee is really good but the service is totally downhill. Slow, unaware and the employees spend more time chatting then providing a quicker service
Great first experience. Service was impeccable. Very friendly barista. We had an espresso macchiato and a cold lemonade and they were delicious. Very glad they don’t charge for alternative milks. The quality of the coffee was amazing.
Had an iced matcha at this location and it was very disappointing. Ive had it before at Yorkdale and Union station and it was great but this one had no hints of matcha and tasted like spoiled milk. It seems not everyone is trained to make the drink and definitely needs improvement.
Pleased to see another Arabica in the downtown core. This location is a cafeteria style location with a really nice setup and mesmerizing architecture. Quality is as good as the Yorkdale and Union Station locations.
