Really good service and enjoyed the coffee but it can have very inconsistent quality. Can ask for a medium 3cream 3sugar brewed coffee one day and have it be great but will ask for the same thing another day and later realize no cream has been added. Mostly confused about how that can happen with the simpler menu options.
I’m going to be honest, I never really tried second cup until now and always stuck to other coffee chains but I decided to give it a try because it was convenient and I can honestly say I have officially switched my favourite coffee shop. The atmosphere was perfect, the Eaton Centre was super clean and modern and the Second Cup environment matched it. The employees were top tier, I had a little issue with understanding the menu because English isn’t quite my first language and this amazing young man Lucas helped me understand what I’m getting and guided me through the whole process and was very patient with me. I’m a very tough critic of customer service because I really believe that everything is better if you were treated well before and Lucas upheld that standard to an incredible and superior degree. I want it to be known and for him to be commended for his service. In regards to the drinks, I ordered a candy cane white hot chocolate and I had similar ones everywhere but this one was really good. The sweetness level was perfect, the temperature was appropriate, the taste was just amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better drink. I want to seriously commend this chain because from now on this is my morning coffee location, my road trip coffee spots, and what I’m bringing home to the family everytime. Rest assured, all my friends and family have been informed of what an incredible establishment you have here. Thank you!

Trash location, went at 5pm and they said they have no flavoured coffee left. I asked if they will brew more and they said no its too late. Just go to Starbucks instead.
The lady who was taking the order, Hemangi is I’m correct was very friendly and lovey! Made my day. She suggested me Green Mango Boost slushy and it was awesome! Cheer up.. Best customer service.
I liked their caramel coretto and brownie. Got a scoop of vanilla free as a new launch promotion.. I had a good day.. I had also tried their caramel salt tart and cheese spinach pretzel.. those were good too
Paid six bucks for milk. I was really craving some matcha, so I got an iced matcha latte. It was milk with a tint of green. Barely had any matcha flavor. They should increase the amount of matcha used.
