The worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady got my order won't and when I told her about it, she literally directed her manager instead of me. Sorry rude. Did not fix my drink. Ruined my entire morning.
Easily the best Second Cup location! The staff here are incredibly friendly — both the cashier and barista greeted me with warm smiles and pleasant conversation. They clearly know their regulars and their go-to drinks, which really adds a personal touch. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the place is spotless. Oh, and the drinks? Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
Probably the best Second Cup location I’ve been to (conveniently located in Commerce Court). The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and they make an effort to get to know you. Thank you for making the best matcha lattes!
I had 50 min to the departure of my bus and I decided to have a breakfast, but I realized that there are no tables. I don't want the crumbs from my crossing to be all over my expensive pants, so no breakfast, just coffee and water. If you respect your customers you would put 1-2 tables
I ordered a single coffee here, but when I checked the receipt later, it was marked as medium, When I addressed this, they questioned me about receiving a refund for the minimal price difference. After agreeing to the refund, another staff member tried multiple times but claimed that they couldn’t process the refund due to the absence of a actual card, so they just gave me the medium coffee without the refund. Up to that point, That was fine, but since then, I felt bad because she told me sound like it was my fault that I couldn't get a refund because I didn't have a actual card! Despite the mistake being on their part, it was framed as if not using a physical card was my fault. The new medium coffee I received wasn't even iced coffee, lacking ice. So I have to asked them give me the ice. The staff who received the wrong order at first was kind, the subsequent interactions with other employees were not pleasant. It was a rude and unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
This Second Cup is in Commerce Court in The Path! Second Cup is Canadian and has a rewards program. This one is by a food court with lots of seating. It's 2nd to none!
As a long-time, black coffee drinker of the franchise's signature blends, I can tell the difference when I am not served the right blend. Not sure if it's a matter of undertraining or pure laziness, I ordered a Paradise Medium today and was served something else. I don't think I will return again.
