I came here and my children fell in love with the frozen hot chocolate but more importantly I fell in love with the customer service. Danielle, is exceptional she honestly should be a business owner herself. Upselling great energy and amazing hospitality. Take a second to get a cup of second coffee ☕ here, wait a second... That's why it's called this of course I'm just kidding you should already know that!? This is the second cup located in Sherway Garden shopping mall, I greatly enjoy second Cup coffee though I cannot often get to a location very easily. I hope that you will all appreciate the staff here and try to be cautious when you are drinking your coffee especially if you are shopping in this mall. Please be kind to each other and remember that caffeine is technically a drug so moderate how much you have and watch what you eat and drink.
Great customer service! Vaibhav was especially helpful when explaining to my aunt and I what drinks would be suitable for us. We loved the drinks the other barista made for us based on his recommendations ◡̈
There was a Girl name Arshdeep she served me coffee which was so good I have never tried such a good coffee. I love this place because of staff and the owner Mr.Bikram was so welcoming.
Ordered a regular cold brew black with caramel syrup. Drink came with cream. clearly mentioned I’m sensitive to dairy. I explained the mistake, but staff refused to remake it and blamed me for ordering wrong. Also got attitude when picking up my wrap. Unpleasant experience overall—won’t be returning. Small gestures go a long way in customer service. Even when Tim hortons makes an accidental mistake they correct it and apologize.
Was so excited for the re-opening as I hoped there would be a much-needed revamp of this locations non-existent customer service skills. There is absolutely no consistency, very little friendliness, and the experience in-store does not warrant the prices. I understand my drink order can be a little complicated but when I am willingly paying $9 for a drink and it is made wrong EVERY single time, It can get very frustrating. Some members of staff are very helpful but that is few and very far in between. As much as I love Second Cup, if nothing is resolved at this location I will take my business elsewhere.
