Don’t waste your money here especially on the matcha. Ordered a large matcha that just tasted like burnt sugary grass. Wasn’t expecting much but for $8 this was pretty disappointing. Don’t bother with the candy cane hot chocolate either. Had to catch my bus otherwise would have asked them to remake it or get something else but barista took a while to make it even tho there was no one else waiting and kind of looked annoyed when I ordered it. Had to throw it out immediately. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Pretty disappointed

Very nice second cup location! Came here a few times with family on a few occasions and always very quick and friendly service. Drinks were made nicely as well, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!!

Regularly under-staffed, especially during peak hours in the morning. Often watch numerous people leave line/walk away, unsure how staffing 1 person at 7am is good business

The cappuccino was not hot , it was just warm and got cold in a minute or 2. Costly compared to what’s given to customer . I will rather go to a Starbucks than second cup. Second cup charges like Starbucks but without good taste

I ordered a carrot walnut cake, butter croissant and large moccachino (June 7 2025, around 8pm) The server (a black girl in braids) made a mistake by giving a medium which I called her out for. She then gave the large I paid for but it was was barely warm. Good food/beverage but abysmal service.

Very pleased to finally see a food and coffee option available at the Union Station bus station. The service is quite prompt and the baristas are friendly. I’m a big fan of their banana loaf.
