This place absolutely deserves a 5 star! Out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to, this is the second location that actually follows the “ extra foam” I requested for, and their customer service was amazing as well, super friendly and nice. It’s so close to my school so I’ll definitely be going there again!

This might actually be the worst Starbucks in Toronto both in terms of drinks and service. This is the fourth visit I’ve had issues with my matcha, and even after a remake it was awful and there was a giant clump inside (pictured). The blonde female barista, Emma was incredibly rude when I asked for a remake and I could “ask for a refund on the app” if I didn’t like it, continued to ignore me while I was standing there. On another occasion, a male barista Elie was hesitant to remake my drink even after I showed him the unblended matcha clumps and said “he won’t do it again”. Make the drink right the first time and I won’t have to ask!! It’s not a hard order. Just a simple soy milk matcha.

This Starbucks is always my go-to! The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always get my order just right. The coffee is consistently great, whether I’m getting my usual caramel macchiato or trying something new. The space is clean and comfortable, perfect for working or catching up with friends, but can get super crowded. Not enough tables.

I ordered a matcha frappe with oat milk and it was very good! They made it fast and it was very well made. They added the proper amount of powder, which some locations do not do resulting in it being flavourless - but it was good! There is outdoor seating at this location also.

Back today August 15, and I think they didn’t like my review. After ordering the same drink for the whole summer I know how it taste and today it is awful. I did mobile order and because I have a meeting I grabbed and left. The worse matcha latte ever. Look the picture. Staff are always nice and welcome. Just very disappointed for the amount of ice they use for drinks. It feels like you pay a good amount $$$ for ice. I always request light ice on my drinks for some reason this location does not follow customer requests.

I bought an iced coffee with cream. I felt nauseous after few sips. I think the creamer used was expired/old. My entire taste of coffee was ruined. Very disappointed and sick:(

Just watched them refuse a mother water for her formula and ice for her teething baby because they were closing. Also the blue haired girl is super snarky and encourage staff’s rude behaviour and terrible attitude towards customers. I’ll make sure to let the ICU doctors know to get their food from Tim’s instead. Also the food dry af.
