Asked for a sandwich cut in half, as I try to rip it apart, I find that only the top bun is cut in half. The barista gave zero napkins. She was happy to give us some when we asked. My point is, take time to care for each customer properly. It is unfortunate many people are overworked and underpaid. But if you take a minute to bring some awareness & attention to what you are doing, I believe you will find your customer service will improve. If you have time to write “enjoy” on the bag, you have time to fully cut through the sandwich. Take your time when fulfilling an order, please.
This branch of Starbucks provides very low quality service that is not comparable to other branches of Starbucks. You may choose the staff carefully, so that you do not loose your business.
It's inside the Longo's grocery store. Functional coffee shop, but not Longo's core business and it shows. Nice place to take a break while your wife is shopping for enough food to feed an extended family despite the fact that your children have all grown up and moved away.
Just coming out from there with a bad feeling about the staff (maybe the manager), not patient at all and kind of rude, clearly she doesn’t like her job.
Very Rude staff. Don't have any of the popular drinks. As if they don't want to be there. Maybe a new location would be better for the staff instead of a supermarket
Efficient, courteous service. Large location with drive through, patio available. Popular location with a high end feel. Neighbouring other fast foods, Greek food, pizza, Thai, Korean foods, a smorgasbord in this plaza. Plenty of parking but always full and high traffic. I love this location and opens late.
