My wife and I adore The Greenwood Cafe!!!! We have both been in the coffee industry and have lived in Leslieville for 10+ years, and was so sad when our old shop closed down. The Greenwood has been a wonderful addition to the neighbourhood and provides such a wonderful community feel and it’s honestly thanks to the baristas. Shout out to Ollie and Daniel, who since we started coming in has made every morning so much better. They learned our names, our dogs name, they ask us about work, they remember our orders and engage with customers in a meaningful way. This is the type of service that makes a business successful and keeps people coming back. Thank you for fostering such a warm community Danny and Ollie! Coffee used is Pilot which is delicious, and the baristas recipe to dial in the espresso is always perfect.

Great ambience BUT it smells like cooking oil and food all the time. It was so painful trying to stay for an hour drinking my coffee. They should find a solution for ventilation if they want to keep serving food. My coat and hair still stinks even after I’m back home.

Greta ambience, very supportive open mic nights and cute aesthetic! The coffees and pastries are also very good. I particularly enjoyed their butter tarts.

Just went to the Greenwood Cafe and had their newly introduced tomato soup and grilled cheese combo. The soup was fresh, creamy and delicious! Taste home made. Happy we have another lunch option in Leslieville at Queen & Greenwood.

LOVE The Greenwood!! We have had ROCKING FUN group parties there, enjoyed a quiet morning cup and used it as a meeting place for our crochet group! It is a true chameleon, amenable to what you need it to be. Staff members are consistently friendly, accommodating and professional and the coffee, tea and treats are AMAZING!! Highly, highly recommend

This cafe is a lovely oasis to have a coffee, catch up with friends, or do some work outside my home office. The staff are very welcoming, and ambience is so charming. I love their collection of tasty treats and they have one of my fav ever herbal floral teas. Need a place to relax and reset, or have a cosy meeting place with friends? Definitely check out The Greenwood!

Waited a long time to place my order, barista didn’t know which flavour of muffins were available and coffee was barely warm. Very underwhelming and not worth $8 for a coffee and a muffin.
