I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent visit to Tim Hortons. Not only was the service slow and disorganized, but when I politely raised my concerns, I was met with an extremely rude and dismissive response from the manager on duty.

Tim Horton did not disappoint. Visited a couple of them during my Toronto trip and had a good experience at all of the locations. Loved the timbits and white hot chocolate. Their prices are super nominal and easy on the pocket for your daily cuppa compared to the Starbucks here in NY :P

Kiosk doesn’t work, long line ups and staff who don’t know their own products. Waited in line for 10 minutes after trying to order on the kiosk and telling the staff what I was trying to order (on the kiosk menu) only fir them to give me a confused look. Ultimately gave up without ordering.

I've been to so many Tim Hortons, this one is legit the worst so far. Workers are rude, they cheap you out on sandwich proteins. Go to the one in Union Station food court or the one in TD tower - your money is much better spent in those Tims.

When I ordered my oatmeal this morning I can only assume they must have thought I said dumpster juice? Absolutely abysmal service! Hot tip: when preparing someone's order, if the item does not resemble the customers order (or an edible food product) in absolutely anyway...DON'T SERVE IT!

It has been a very long time and this Tim Horton's still does not accept American Express. This is ridiculous as there are several "American Express is accepted" banners at the store. The cashier re-iterate that "Amex is down" which is not true, the owner just has not registered with American Express with their Acquirer. This has been a very frustrating experience and now I refuse to visit any Tim Horton's until this is resolved.
