I ordered a pumpkin spice ice latte with lactose free milk and I’m pretty sure they been using regular milk. I can’t prove if they are or not but every time I ask if they did use lactose free milk, they say yeah, yeah and walk away. Keep in mind I can’t have regular milk
?♂️Very disappointed today. I ordered a “Biscoff Latte” in response to the marketing and ended up with this. This is not a $5.07 Latte. No Whipped topping, no crumbs, and it tastes horrible. And no explanation as to why it wasn’t made to spec as advertised. I’m not looking to make anyone’s life miserable. I tried to give them a chance. Imagine coming all the way here for this. You can bet I requested a refund.
Great customer service…The staff here are always smiling and super welcoming. I come here often it gets busy sometimes, but the team handles it really well. I just wish they’d make this place open 24/7 or extend hours after 10PM because I’m always craving a midnight coffee
Dirty establishment and the staff have the music blaring at full blast. It’s not that the music is bad - but it’s absurdly loud. I’ve sincerely never been in a Tim Hortons this disrespectful. They close in an hour so it’s not like myself and other customers are staying too close to closing… They’ve created a hostile environment to want to stay. I live on Tim Hortons coffee. It may be 90% of my blood at this point but I’ll never come back to this place - ever. (In the video they had turned it down!!! because a new customer came in)
I visited this coffee place and I was very disappointed. The girl at the cash register — I think her name is Arshdeap — was talking to her colleague and used abusive language about a customer in her own language, which I understand. I found this very disrespectful and unprofessional. Because of this behavior, I’ve decided not to come back. There seems to be no respect for customers here.
Is this a Tim Hortons or a bike good delivery depot no seating taken over by bikers just seating around keeping warm I can see Tim’s turning into a coffee time how sad
Love how they’ve modernized this Tim Hortons. Their service is tremendous amongst SO MANY locations. My family always prefers to visit Starbucks due to their hospitality. But if every location meets to this location’s standards. Tim Horton’s reputation would skyrocket.
