I'm in town for a conference so not familiar with the area, but the staff at this store were kind enough to go out of their way to help me find the hotel lobby
Arrived at 605 since website says they are open from 6-6 and they don’t open till 630. I was very unhappy that they posted wrong hours and I had to go to work with no coffee. Can Tim’s every get anything right. Doubt it
Be sure to scan your tims rewards card before paying because apparently it's "up to you" to get your own rewards even though they prompt you to pay faster due to line-ups.
Take over 15 minutes to get a coffee, slowest tim hortons EVER. Is the norm EVERYDAY. Even mobile orders take forever...don't waste your time and go to Starbucks or Olly Fresco around the corner
Failing grade today, they were "out of coffee". Someone fell asleep on the job which resulted in no brewed coffee available at the time of ordering - not good for a coffee shop. Let's see how they do tomorrow.
Carefully inspect what is provided. If a mistake is made and you are on the short end of the stick, Tim Horton’s won’t do a thing for you. And after 3 weeks of "the manager will contact you" and they didn't, corporate office offered to make me another sandwich! I asked for refund and was told no. Do not purchase here.
I would give it a negative rating if possible. Customer from day one. You will not see any employee more than few weeks. Manager lady is the worst. She needs to be gone. If it were not an only Tim's, no one would ever go to this place. Please remove the manager.
