I placed an online order at Tim Hortons around 6:45 and came down to pick it up after 15 minutes, understanding that the staff might be busy. However, after waiting for quite some time, I was told that the priority was the line-up of in-store customers. Even after the line was almost done, more people came, and they were still served before my order. Then, instead of informing me properly, the staff suddenly shouted that my coffee was there. This kind of communication felt unprofessional and disappointing. It really defeats the purpose of mobile ordering, and I hope this can be improved for better customer service.
Edited 2 times: THEY JUST DONT GET THE ORDERS RIGHT. AT LEAST 80% OF THE TIME THEY DON'T. BE IT PLAIN COFFEE OR BREAKFAST SANDWICH. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING. Still, I thank you for the service during this Pandemic. Note: They don't participate/accept Tim's points card.
I have never seen such disrespect toward the patients of Bridgepoint hospital form the Tim Hortons staff. They are rude and disrespectful to the patients that don't have many choices and can not run out. Tim hortons needs to take over this site. The patients of Bridgepoint deserve better, much better then what they get at this tim hortons.
Right in bridgepoint rehab building! so great for patients, staff and visitors to get a great selection of classics. Unfortunately no sandwiches or big menu meals as it's a counter only. Caf seating behind. Line ups are positively mental all day so be prepared to wait
Unless you're just getting a basic coffee or tea, do yourself a favor and go to the one across the street. Limited selection and the staff screw up orders frequently. They're friendly though (except the manager)
The only on-site source of food and drink when the cafeteria is closed. It's an ok place, with a limited selection of foods. I've only ever seen 2 people behind the counter, using one cash, so things can get rather slow at times.
I grabbed a hot chocolate and a donut on my way to Riverdale Park east and the location was super fast and clean. It's located inside a hospital so it's more of a tiny kiosk type location. A Richard Trus review
