Tim Hortons offers consistently good coffee and fresh baked treats in a cozy, welcoming environment. My visit was made even better by the excellent customer service, especially from Sam, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly with a genuine smile. Thanks to the great service and quality food, I’ll definitely be returning.

Had worst French Vanilla ever !! Bought 1 dark roast and 1 FV, it was too diluted and no usual flavour. Is this how you are maintaining “brand”? By diluting the coffee
Service was actually good here. I saw a very long line up but their team quashed it in like 5 mins means they are super fast and om their feet. Kudos to their team I usually drip by in the evenings so my review is based on their evening staff. Superb and on point.
They took orders for my chocolate timbits, and then they gave us the assorted ones. I asked them to change simply because I ordered chocolate with my drinks. Then they say we ran out. What was that? Do you check before taking orders?
After renovation this location really Good. Great Customer Service and Friendly Staff. Really Great Cappuccino and love it. Very busy location. Located Urban Eatery, CF Eaton Centre Toronto. Self Checkout is really best and Easy to order. Wednesday July 16, 2025 is Camp Day.
