Ridiculous that I pay for cheddar cheese and Chipotle sauce on my bagel belt and they don't put either... and order a vanilla cold brew that tastes like crap compared to any other tims I've been to... terrible..
It ruined my day since i met a rude cashier lady on weekends!!!! I ordered online for breakfast meal, then i came to pick up, the lady was yelling at me and said no more sandwiches. She didnt even ask me to switch to other foods, just walked away to the back and do some stuff. After 5mins of waiting, i tried to to made eye contact and asked her what should I do if they’re run out of sandwiches. She said only bagel and cream cheese. And i was asking to substitute with wrap, she replied me that i told u 100 times we didnt have any sandwiches???? I asked to order hash brown instead, she said no more food at all. She told me to look at their food station to see no more foods there. I couldn’t understand whats wrong with her, hows she so mad and gave me attitude. She shouldn’t work at the hospital with that bad attitude!!!!
Coffee is okay but the lady who works the cashier, Shahanara, is really rude and curt. They didn't have basic orders available and she was acting like I asked for something special.
Can't wrap my head around how anyone can serve a burnt sandwich to a throat cancer patient....while inside a cancer treatment center. Then proceeds to throw the sandwich on the counter. I don't like giving out bad reviews, but this is just simply ridiculous.
This Tim Hortons sucks! On weekends I'm met with rudeness by one lady constantly. During the Weekdays and pretty much everyday they have a whack pickup order system where everything is sprawled our on the counter and anyone can mistakenly pick up the wrong order. Every time I try to give the order number I'm met with sighs of inconvenience from staff. They tell me I don't have to show my order number to them and that the order will be with the receipt at the counter but, on a busy day all the orders get mixed up. Today I took the wrong order because of their dumb system. This business is at a cancer hospital where people have very hard days and the service needs to improve. Not all staff is bad. I definitely have met some lovely people but the system needs to be better and the weekend lady needs a better attitude. UPDATE April 3, 2021 at 10:38AM: The same rude lady being rude as usual...I don't want her mistaken for the lady with piercing who was very nice. Tim Hortons please do something about this rude lady...she works on Sundays and absolutely should not work in a cancer hospital! Do something about her!
Changed menu and took away vegan option and the garden sandwich. Also in new menu they showed soy milk but said sorry we dont have any. Where is the healthy food near hospital? Tim Hortons cups leave a mess all over entrance to Princess Margaret Hospital. Who cares about health or the nrighbourhood. Not this franchise...
They have shown me good customer service many times I bought from them. Their baked goods taste fresh enough most times. They may be small and not have sandwiches There are other places that serve sandwiches near the bad entrance if this is in the Princess Margaret? A cross the street where Toronto General is there is a Tim Hortons & Starbucks that sells Sandwiches. If you have Subway Sandwhichs Coupons then down below in Toronto General is a food court. Further away from the food court theres another entrance going towards queens park subway there is another Tim Hortons there that makes Sandwiches.
