I visited the Tim Hortons at sick kids and had to wait in a very long line because only two employees were working. They were doing their best and worked very hard, but the wait was still quite long. The management should consider providing more staff to help them, especially during busy times. It would make the experience better for both customers and the employees.
I really appreciate the staff at this location and the only reason I’m not bumping my rating down is because I’ve taken a liking to them, which also caused me to gaslight myself for 10 minutes before deciding to write this. I’ve had no issues for the many months I have been ordering from this location, the double double & jalapeño bagel are staples. However today, after picking up my mobile order I was flabbergasted to find the toasted croissant looking like this. Whenever I order a toasted croissant in person, it is 100% intact in a single item bag and definitely not fried to the heavens. When I first picked it up I thought I accidentally ordered a wrap. If I wanted a balled up, shrivelled up, dried up croissant I would have asked for one. I’m struggling to understand how someone can justify presenting this. With a long day of work ahead of me, this doesn’t help.
Bad customer service I asked for jalapeño pastries the guy on cash said they don't have it ok cool I asked for wedges the guy said we don't have it ok I asked I can wait as I know it takes 15 to 20 min to cook. So I asked him can u ask inside kitchen how long it's going to take. He went in and came back and told me we don't have wedges. So I just ordered to steeped tea and cookie. Then I was waiting for my tea. So when I got my tea I asked some other guy that do u have wedges and he told me yes we have so now I don't know what kind of customer service is this.
I understand the this location is very busy because they are the only location within SickKids hospital. However, I have always had to wait over 20 minutes for my order when purchasing from here, even when I order ahead on the app. The staff are kind but do not pay attention to the customers and do not complete an order before starting a new one. I waited for 40 minutes after ordering my breakfast today. EDIT: I went today and got literally the most incorrect order, but they called my name so they clearly aren’t reading their order screens properly.
The rush hour service was not good. Actually waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee only to find out someone else might have took my coffee or staff just lost the order. It was an online order by the way. They should have a dashboard so people know if their order is ready or have someone in front of counter call out the order number that is ready.
Dirty food and coffee. They don't know how to make anything properly. Manager's also to blame for their lack of skills and training at a fast food restaurant.
Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Wish I could give them -1 million stars I went here to go get some coffee, My mom was with me, the shelf near where you Order was broken a wooden plank fell on my moms foot and hurt her badly, I did not say anything at the time but I wish I did, Worst Tim Hortons ever, Never will I ever come here again.
