They won’t allow customers to use washroom. You guys should train your employees about professional behaviour. She tells me to wash my hands on a kitchen sink. That kind of worries me about your cleaning standards government should definitely come check on you people !!
Not much space in this location. Food was ok. Staff was nice. There are some chairs to seat and there's free parking inside the mall. There's also a washroom but I'd recommend going only if you have no other choice.
Very slow service gets the order wrong all the time and very rude employees just go to the Tim Hortons on 590 Keele St, down the street way better service
I recently visited this branch. All of the staff were partying and taking photos inside the kitchen and no one at the counter while everyone were waiting for someone to attend. The girl in the cash was rude when she talks to customers. She has a bad attitude. I am not sure who runs this store but soon its going to be the worst branch in this area. I will personally write to the district manager about this.
UPDATED APRIL 2023 washrooms are always disgusting now. Unusable....Normal Tim's nothing fancy or special here. Always a line up takes forever to order.
Ummmmm, what can I say. Down the drainpipe. UPDATE: With so many awesome coffee houses popping up everywhere, Tim Hortons need to keep on their toes and they have been trying to stay competitive with new selections of food and drink. Good job!! I'd like to see their lemonade back on the menu though. Another issue worth mentioning is Tim Hortons value of their staff. This summer with the heat and humidity reaching 35c, the Tims at Harbour Square A/C was out! The staff were sweating and struggling to service the line up in the heat. It was like an oven but they kept on plowing through. Any other franchise owner would have closed the door for the day until the A/C was fixed rather than run the risk of heat stroke to their staff. That's a turn off!
