I went to this Tim Hortons inside Toronto General Hospital and order a sandwich with my debit card, my payment went through and I told the cashier that I forgot to scan my points then she tried to cancel the transaction but it went already through, but she refused to give me my food, I call my bank and I was told that the payment was made. I spoke with the lady manager and she ignored me. This is unacceptable
I have been a customer everyday. The cashier's are very nice. The only thing that bothers me a lot is the fact that they closed first when the Corona pandemic started!! I have always advocated for Tim Hortons. I was so disappointed that in this tough time, they didn't support us as healthcare workers and didn't provide service to their customers! There is Starbucks in the same building and second cup in Mount Sinai hospital that they not only stayed open but also started giving free coffee to healthcare workers some days. I believe that in difficult times, you can see who really cares about customers.
Coffee cup was already rolled up. Im assuming employees are rolling up the win for themselves. Rollup the rim .. will never buy coffee from tim hortons
Stuck in the middle of the entrance off Nassau and Bathhurst in the lobby of the Toronto Western Hotel is another Timmie's. Sorey to say but everytime I have been here , the selection and numbers of donuts is lacking. Luckily enough there is another Timmie's right across the street at Bathurst and Dundas.northwest corner.
Great staff at my Tim's watering hole. A lot of friendly Filipinos work here which is a plus as I can talk to them in their language. Always nice to be where employees are efficient and cheerful.
