Discovered Vereda Central by chance in the PATH, and I was immediately drawn in by their concept. Their coffee is grown in Colombia by small‑farm growers (veredas), imported with no middlemen, and roasted in‑house. I tried their brew, and it did not disappoint: the coffee is incredibly smooth and flavourful — rich but clean, with nuanced notes that speak to its high-quality, single-origin roots. I went with lactose-free milk, which was a thoughtful touch for those avoiding dairy. Vereda Central is committed to direct trade, working closely with farmers and paying fair prices to support sustainable practices. Their “crop-to-cup” model ensures freshness, and small-batch roasting highlights the unique flavours of each lot. A must-try if you come across Vereda Central — great coffee with a purpose. I live in Burlington, Vermont, I recently had the pleasure of finally enjoying an authentic Colombian coffee at Vereda Central while visiting friends. I’m very particular about the quality and taste of my coffee (I'm Colombian), and Vereda truly raised the bar. It was exceptional! On top of that, the service was outstanding, making the whole experience an absolute joy. I only wish we had a Vereda in my city. If you love coffee, Vereda is the right place.

Lil disappointed with Iced Matcha latte. When I was placing the order, they didn't ask my preference with milk and by the time I paid, the drink was almost ready with regular milk. I didn't mind paying extra for Oat milk but surprised see the rush in service even when I was the only customer in the store.

I really enjoy the coffee here — the beans seem to be of high quality, and when prepared well, the flavor is excellent. That said, the consistency can vary depending on the barista. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the bakery items. I’m not sure where they source them from, but the quality is lacking. The croissant I had was disappointing — no distinct layers and still raw in the middle. If you're coming for coffee, it's worth a visit. But I’d skip the pastries.

Located inside the PATH TD Centre food court. Fast service and nice staff, but the iced matcha I got with oat milk ($9) was pretty underwhelming and didn’t taste like much.

Checked out the new location at TD food court- Ordered the iced matcha latte ($9) and the ratio of milk to matcha is off. Hardly any matcha, felt like I was drinking just oat milk.
