Coffee was good, restaraunt was clean and service was quick! I got the iced Americano and loved that I had the ability to pick between the light, medium and dark roast. Oftentimes I've only seen one option. As I often walk this path, im looking forward to returning!
A really cute little shop, always clean and the staff is very welcoming. Had the pleasure of speaking to the manager and she was very kind and made my drink. I highly recommend the Chai Latte. I will be coming back!
Small coffee shop located at the far end of the top floor of The Eaton Centre, by the former HBC bridge. Limited seating, self serve cream+sweetener station. Staff was nice, however the Cherry Blossom Latte did not taste good. Very acidic, bitter with an odd aftertaste that made me feel a little sick afterward. Might stop by and try another drink again sometime as this store was highly recommended by my colleagues but definitely recommend staying away from the Cherry Latte.
They have lots of coffee beans, which gave me fairly high expectations — the setup looked promising and the menu was interesting. I ordered the Espresso Frappe and the Cherry Blossom Latte, both of which sounded appealing. However, the drinks turned out to be quite average. The flavors were mild and didn’t leave much of an impression. The Cherry Blossom Latte, while unique in name, didn’t really stand out in terms of taste. There was also no latte art, and the presentation felt a bit casual. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad, but it didn’t quite meet the expectations set by the café’s concept. With a bit more attention to detail in flavor and presentation, it could definitely improve. I might give it another try in the future, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for now.
When will all these coffee shops stop punishing lactose intolerance customers by asking them to pay extra $1.15 for a plant-based milk? I just ordered a cortado, how much milk do they need to use to charge that extra 23%?
The customer service here was embarrassing. After saying no to sweetener in my drink, I asked the young lady to add sweetener after I had a change of mind. Immediately, she appeared much like it was an inconvenience, gave me the drink, then proceeded to express frustration to her coworkers while I was sitting just a few feet away. "I asked her twice! and she said no!" I made it known I heard all of her complaints about me. Super unprofessional and can not believe the lack of social awareness it takes to behave in such a way. Like seriously, is this not your job? I didn't demand for anything, and asked nicely after I changed my mind. Wouldn't recommend this place, it has terrible service, best to go to a cafe nearby...
Visited for the first time; we ordered codffe and a cappuccino medium blend Very good coffee, great taste, not acidic Location was close to the Hbc bridge to the store. It was clean, bright and open location Would definitely recommend and visit again
