Food was very cold here, I bought 2 egg muffins. , the cashier asked if I wanted it microwaved I said yes but yet he still ended up giving non microwaved cold muffins, need a refund man, my appetite was gone in seconds!
I don’t usually write bad reviews but I don’t understand why people who work at this store treat their costumers so poorly! I have never been treated to badly in any store before and it has happened a few times to both me and my partner!
Not 24 hrs. Went there at 11:45 pm and it was locked with a note on the window saying closed for cleaning. I waited 20 mins and only thing I saw was the associate standing around the cash registers doing their best to ignore the fact someone was waiting at the door.
I have been to this location many times. The staff is always friendly to me. Even when I redeem coupons. This location is well organized and very clean.
Amazing staff, good store, but terrible manager. Just to be clear, terrible management, she doesn’t know how to do customer service and teach her wrongdoing to her staff in front of customers.
Really rude employees. I came in wanting to redeem 3 bottles of water. One of the workers didn't want to give me the other 2 bottles of water. they said that the reason was that she cancelled the transaction while I was loading the last coupon I had out of the 3. The reason the cashier cancelled it was I let another customer go. So she canceled my transaction with the 2 waters I redeemed to let another customer by his stuff which I was nice enough to let the other customer go. Then the cashier claimed to not have known that if you cancel a transaction with redeemed items that you can't get the item anymore. I asked for a manager the cashier start playing dumb by not knowing his/her name I ask the cashier and her co worker to call her manager refuses and gives me attitude. Store was clean and staff always greet me when I walk in. This time there were a bunch of students "sampling" slushies and making a mess. The staff was still really welcoming and managed through the stress.
