I went to this Canada post location and the representative who works here is extremely rude and misled me. He tried entering the destination address and told me that the address did not pop up so therefore he cannot send it. I went to a different Canada post location and they were immediately able to send it so I called the customer service at Canada Post and they even told me that if the address doesn’t pop up, they would have to enter it manually so clearly this man lied and he’s also very unhygienic. He kept coughing in his hand and kept touching my parcel so please fix this or hire a new employee. He seemed like in his late 50s with glasses.
I can't say enough about this wonderful place. I have been going to this store since my son was 5 years old, just over 45 years. The staff has always been amazing. They are kind and friendly and willing to help whenever needed. I have always found as with most businesses, including 4 Seasons, if you have a concern and you approach them as you would want someone to approach you, they are more than willing to listen to you. They can’t fix something they are not aware of. This establishment is truly one stop shopping. Lottery, snacks, smokes, Amazon and Canada Post to mention a few. I don't even live in the area anymore but I still go there. In my view, you can't beat their kindness and professionalism. That's the reason they have been in business so long. Thank you to everyone.
This is a one-stop shop for many things. The most important thing is the friendly staff that value their customers. I tried their fried chicken & the seasoning is perfect, plus they offer potato wedges. Get your passport photo done & have some chicken while you wait. At the time of writing, there's a bit of construction on O'Conner, but if you use Google maps, you can access the location via the side streets, too.
I see other reviews mentioning a "grumpy and old" gentleman. I did speak with an older gentleman today who refused to serve me next when I was next in line. Instead, he told me someone would help me later and then turned to the man who had come into the store after I was already in line for a while. I am not sure what reason he had for this as I had never met him before, and he did not seem to know the other customer either. It was very odd.
I was treated badly by the grumpy and mean guy at the convenience store counter yesterday. Had gone to drop off my mail in the letter box in the shop and just commented on the new sign indicating the opening & closing hours of the Post office. Did not even ask for any postal service, but he got me over to look at another sign indicating that people should not go to ask for postal services at the store counter. Okay - a new arrangement, clarifying that the services are not integrated any more! Then as I was leaving and delayed slightly at the door, he kept shouting to me to shut the door because the cold air was getting into the store!!! He was so rude and aggressive that it got me to respond in similar manner - which I don't generally do and don't like doing. I would not recommend coming to this store - I wouldn't do so in future due to the bad customer service shown yesterday. Even though the Post Office staff have usually been good and helpful in the past, I think I would go to another PO and store where customer service is better and more courteous.
Yesterday I sent money via western union. The seller behaved rudely. When asked to invite the manager of the rocks, that the manager will be at 5 in the morning. After such a mocking answer, I decided to publish this. Aleks. 14 07 2021.
