Wanted to bring an Amazon return to this location. I saw the review from 9 months ago (from the time I'm writing this) saying they didn't have bins. I thought by now they'd have bins but when I came in today (Nov 15, 2025), they gave the same excuse as the last review that they didn't have bins don't select this location for an Amazon return....
July 16th morning a guy was working there around 4:30 am. Thank you so much for the kind and humble gesture. Everyone can sell the item but very few can be nice and generous with customer. I truly appreciate your kind behaviour that time.
I have come here twice for the same amazon return. The first time they said they had no bins. They said the same thing the second time and when I asked when the might get new bins the staff said I don't know, sometimes it's one day sometimes it's one week. Pretty sure they just don't want to do their job.
I thought I was crazy but turns out I'm not the only one who as had this happen to them. I went there Thursday night just after 12. Saw the lights on, saw the open 24 hours sign, and saw someone in there. So I have no idea why when I went to go inside the door was locked. I thought that maybe they had locked it by accident so I knocked on the door and the guy just ignored me. WHY HAVE A 'OPEN 24 HOURS' SIGN IF THAT'S NOT TRUE. You should not be running a business if you can't get the simple concept of open and close right. Honestly just keep walking east down Queen street and go to the other 24/7 convenience store that's actually 24/7 if you want to be served and not ignored.

It’s 3:49am on tues Dec 31. Why is the store door closed and store closed when it clearly says 24hrs and there’s a sign and the guy inside said the store is closed. He can’t just close the store when he wants especially if it’s 24hrs then that means it’s not 24hrs so why have a sign? This is very deceiving? Are you guys really closed or does this guy just wants to close the store when he wants?
I have seen many reviews that the store is not open during night but when I visited at 2:45am last week, surprisingly this store was open, I learnt that the owner is changed and they are operating now day and night for convenience of people. A nice Indian gentleman was there and assisted me for selecting beverages and some mits. He did fast billing and I was delighted with absolute good transaction. Feel free to visit this highly improved convenient store anytime.
