Incredibly rude staff. Plenty of other 1 star ratings. The way this business responds to negative reviews is just more evidence of rude/unprofessional staff
Best photo I’ve ever gotten, honestly! The lad sorted out the angles, got rid of a massive pimple that would've haunted me for years, and even colour graded the photo. Never seen anyone do that for a passport shot!? Such a friendly, overqualified photographer and patient fella too, ready to retake as many times as it took till we got "the shot". And the cherry on top? Cracking playlist on the whole time!?
I came in here the other day to print out a label and it was very quick and easy and only costed $1 per sheet! The gentleman working was kind and helpful.
Should’ve read the reviews before going to get my passport photos taken here. Really bad service, rude staff and unflattering photos. I asked him for a retake and he rudely denied.
Do NOT get your passport photo done here. I had photos done of my 8 month old baby only for them to be rejected by the passport office. I had to pay to get them redone near the passport office. When i came back to Lakeview for to politely ask for a refund, I was rudely rejected and he pointed to a sign 'no refunds for baby photos'. Very poor customer service and unprofessional to offer a service that cannot be done properly.
If I could give him zero, I would. Don’t go there for PHOTO. He will give you the wrong dimensions and charge you again to have it fixed. Terrible customer service. Worst person ever. Unprofessional.
Rude store and money grabbing , printing photo is 15 cad for sending it as email they got another 15 cad. Photos doesn’t have clarity and have to redo it somewhere so not worth for the price, you find rudeness from owners reply so try to avoid this store and use libraries for printing services
