I got my sim service changed from Chatr to Rogers, they didn't mention anything about the activation fee that I have been charged. Trying to reach on call from last few days without any help. I even checked the terms and conditions, where there is no mention of activation fee.
We visited the store twice. First time, a girl assisted us straightforward, helpful, no issues at all. Spoke to the owners great guys but, Second time we met someone named Sam. Extremely pushy, tried too hard to make the sale, and kept throwing unnecessary “brown” references and desi examples at us that felt stereotypical and condescending. The deal was decent, but the attitude killed it. Lost our business purely because of how we were treated.
Staff was really nice and everything but bought a wireless charger that NEVER worked. Ever. I was in Toronto for just a day and I can't go back ask for my money.
These guys are super helpful! I'm visiting Toronto for a bit. Bought a SIM card from the chatr booth at Pearson. Installed it when I got to my hotel - and found out that it was a dud. Took it to these guys the next day - and they figured out what was wrong in about a minute, gave me a replacement for free, and sent me on my way. Couldn't have asked for better tech support!
Avoid buying here at all cost. Bought a wireless charger two weeks ago that stopped working after normal use. The CS guy enforced their strict 7 day warranty and didn't want to even check the product to see why it stopped working. I will not purchase here again and buy at bigger stores with better warranty or refund policies. They took my number but I feel slighted as now I'm left with a product that is not working. Do Not patronize this store
Just visited this, highly recommend it. I have been a regular customer of this place and Anees has always been very kind and helpful. 5 star for the services.
Don’t go to this shop.I will not recommend to go there specifically to the one level 2 in eaton center.I went there to purchase some accessories and for a phone plan but this guy instead of helping me talking on phone with his fam or something and laughing clearly it was not some official call .I waited and try to ask him to help me but he ignored me saying wait as he on call.I am so pissed off and went to best buy they serve me with best.not recommended
