I got a Samsung Fit3 as a gift and had to activate. I went all over Eaton Ctr and nobody had tge confidence to do it but they all referred me to Best Buy Express, Queen St. Store. I walked in and spoke to Mr. Zaid in the store. He didn't hesitate to help me at all and with confidence and certainty coupled with kindness, he immediately activated it for me. Zaid was very insightful, and effortlessly he applied his product knowledge. I will recommend all my friends and family to him. God bless him!

Very poor experience, I was not attended to after waiting for 20 minutes. I found what I wanted and all I wanted to do was pay. I had to abandon my item and go to the other Best Buy instead.

Sid, the manager at Best Buy, was absolutely amazing today! He helped me get my dream phone and went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He’s incredibly nice, professional, and truly cares about his customers. Thank you, Sid

I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! Sid was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I found exactly what I needed. He took the time to explain the features of different products, compare options, and even recommended the best deals available. The store was clean, well-organized, and everything was easy to find. Checkout was quick, and the customer service team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, Best Buy has become my go-to place for electronics and appliances. Great service, great products, and great people. Highly recommend!

i entered the store with the intention to just see my options for a new google pixel, but Rashleen was the absolute best and helped me switch providers, trade in my old phone, and got me the best deal available! she was accomodating to an unnecessary degree, even offering me a hotspot to transfer my data because the mall wifi was super slow. although i am aware that the ultimate goal was to sell me a phone/product, i was happy to oblige due to the incredible customer service and how she went over the top to help me out.

I recently received assistance from Ritish from Bell, and I am extremely satisfied with the service he provided. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He resolved my issue quickly and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Excellent customer service — thank you, Ritish!

I thought about leaving a review like this last time, but definitely will this time. There is an employee here who provided me “customer service” today, a middle-aged Indian man (nothing to do with my complaint, I just didn’t think to take his name while I was there). I came in for one thing. One thing only. I browsed the on-ear headphones selection, and the employee approached to ask if I wanted assistance. I advised I was just looking for new headphones, and he said he could give me a “further discount”. I caught on pretty quickly when I agreed and he asked what carrier I was with. But when I let this employee know I wasn’t interested in switching my carrier, he KEPT ASKING like I was an idiot who walked in not really knowing what I wanted to buy. It is one thing to recommend a switch to a customer. It is another entirely to attempt to pressure one into walking out with a new cellular plan, and treating them like they’re stupid if they’re sure they’re not interested. When your purchase involves coercion, it is called a SCAM. My experience the last time I visited this store was very similar, and with the SAME EMPLOYEE, and the same obnoxiously persistent sales pitch that continued to make excuses for itself and condescend to me for not “choosing to save money” just because he told me to. Lastly, when I asked whether the employee knew whether a particular model accepted a particular charger, the employee looked at the box and told me the “multiple connection points” graphic on the box meant it would have the port I was wanting. That isn’t what multiple connection points means. It means that you can have multiple saved preset connections across different devices. So whether or not the employee actually knew that, he was lying to get me out of the store after I shut down his insistence I don’t know what I want from a cellular plan.
