Lowballed me on selling my Samsung Galaxy S23 in excellent condition. He said it's only worth $200-$250, and that they buy at 40%-50% of what they could sell at (so $100-125!) I tried to negotiate but he wouldn't budge. So I left with my phone, walked south 2 blocks, and sold it easily at another store for $210. Do with that information what you will.
In their website they said they buy all kinds of electronics but that is categorically false for this location. This location only takes game consoles according to the sales person that was there. So if your selling anything other than game consoles skip this place.
I was there about two weeks ago.And bought an xbox one controller and still works perfect.It was actually brand new in the package.Even saved on the shipping and taxes way better deal with the buy it from them
Wanted to sell my laptop to them. Messaged them on WhatsApp. Tried to barter and they didn't budge. Then when I finally accepted because I needed the cash I traveled an hour on the subway to be turned away at the door. Never had another company do smthn like this.
Call first to check if you sell your tv or other electronics. The agent on the phone are friendly and will tell you direction on whether your item is good to sell.
