I went to get my phone fixed here. They said it was LCD issues. So I bought a LCD from Amazon and went to fix it. Charged me $200 to fix the screen. Later I am told by the technician that the screen has no issues and they fixed the original screen - still paid $200 for it. The phone was returned with a black dot on right side of the screen. When asked the lady goes I don’t know. How are they not taking any accountability after taking our stuffs for repair. Where is the Bailee and bailor responsibility? I still took the phone with the black dot in my LCD coz I wanted to be done with this store for once and for all. I didn’t even use that phone coz by then I had bought a new phone. But after couple of days the phone started giving battery issues and the LCD would go on and off and the battery signal from 62% to 80% and not the other way round. I reported this to them and the lady there - oh my god - such a terrible customer service. She refused to acknowledged the issue and in fact accused me of bringing a new issue to the phone. I told her my battery was fine before I submitted my phone to them for repair. Never did I have issues before. I was furious so I was making my stand too with constant follow ups with them. Cut to short - I got my phone yesterday from them and guess what they fixed - the BATTERY of my phone and told me they put a new battery instead and was still expecting me to pay for it. Said ain’t gonna pay a single penny and she goes pointing her finger to the sky trying to tell me the god is watching. Lmao! The god knows exactly what they do and what I do. I tell you that woman in that store - can’t even discuss things with her without getting annoyed coz she would just go about telling her side and not at all listen - forget acknowledging the client. I am just wondering after 3 months - I get my phone back paid 200 bucks so what did they really fix in the beginning and I also think they had swiped my battery before I went after them. To conclude - not at all a good experience with this store. Never returning and not trusting technical knowledge of the technician.
I would have given him 0 star if the option available. The old person is so rude that he would not listen you and top of that if you said that you are Indian, he will be extra rude to you. No point going there, very bad Customer service. Will not recommend at all
Very convenient for photos and prints. I've been going here for few years now for immigration related photos. Service is quick and I never had issues with photo specs.
The old man whos working have no knowledge in getting picture for PR and have no patience saying that he cant stand for 2-3 minutes while figuring out and asking customer to get out I used to come here but now i am never gonna come here.. Place not recommended instead go to staples nearby

Warning do not go to this store I brought my cell phone here to repair the cracked screen they quoted me on what I thought was a fair price only to go to pick up my phone and instead of having to pay the already agreed upon price they held my phone hostage and jacked up the price another $60 not to mention they broke my phone more now my speakers on my phone don't work I can't make phone calls and I can't listen to music or watch videos without headphones which was not a problem before I brought my phone here now 2 months later my phone screen is falling off because they neglected to properly glue the phone screen on to my phone and now not only do I have to bring my phone somewhere else to get fixed but now I am out of pocket even more cash for something that should have been fixed properly the first time around I tried to have a civil conversation with the owner of the store and he told me that he would reglue my phone screen as well as fix the speakers that he broke on my phone for another $160 "before tax " sp please do not go here if you are white if you are anything else you should be fine
I had my son’s PASSPORT PHOTO done in this store and I’m very happy how high quality it turned out! So clean, bright, no shadows and very clear Compared to my passport foto (done by a studio), his was waaay better and cheaper too. I also asked for their printing and photocopy service and no complaints as well. the owners are very nice and accomodating. Great service overall!!
