Signed up for roaster , found out without being informed I was never on it to begin with no one told me it was even rejected , they are actively seeking patients while actively refusing certain ones . I went in for my back and other issues , instead I got discriminated against, as well as not had my issues physically looked at, the doctor was too concerned about keeping me off the roaster rather than helping me today. I strongly recommend not going to this clinic, they will let people go infront of you. And are biased or possibly racism against non asians. This clinic is a joke go somewhere else . I am going to report for violating my human rights and breaking laws regarding roasters and accepting patients and reporting for Discrimination .
Dr. Francis has been wonderful! He's patient, listens to our concerns, and explains things very clearly. The receptionists are super sweet, and the clinic is really clean and tidy. I book appointments early in the day so I find we get seen pretty quickly.
Called in with a doctor's requisition to have an x-ray done, next available date was 9 days away. How am I to get around hoping on one foot. Receptionist didn't show any compassion. All she could say repeated we're to busy. Get more beds and technicians to take care of patients. Ridiculous. Enough said.
I am a new patient of Dr. Francis. He is a patient, polite and a good listener and has provided helpful advice. He has been caring and great with following up any of my concerns. Unfortunately this clinic's reception area is a horrific mess and an unprofessional disaster. They never answer your telephone call and have no voice-mail service There in person reception staff treat you like a cow on the way to the slotter. The most unproffessional office staff I have ever experienced. They also make many mistakes. M y low rating reflects the office staff not Dr. Francis.
I was so excited to finally have a family doctor. Dr Francis has great beside manner and is very kind. Unfortunately, I tried to phone the clinic 3 days in a row to make an appointment and no one ever answers the phone.
Dr. Ang has been my doctor for many years. She’s the only one I trust with my health and family. Even though I live 2 hours away, I still go to her clinic because of her excellent care. Their receptionists are also very nice and attentive as well. The pharmacy next door is very convenient.
Dr. Chang is a great Physician. I don't even live close by, but switched back to him because of how thorough he is. Long wait times so book an appt ahead! (still a wait, but less then a walk in). Best Doctor I've had.
